Horse & Pony Trekking
The Eclipse Centre offers off-road trekking as our specialty so you can really relax into your trek on our own trails beautifully situated against the stunning backdrop of the Macgillycuddy’s Reeks.
With trails suited to beginners through to experienced riders you have the opportunity to ride through moorland, meadow, forest, streamsand rivers, with plenty of opportunity for cantering and galloping.

Parelli Natural Horsemanship Workshop April 21 and 22, 2012

Parelli is a program which incorporates a natural approach to training your horse. It teaches the rider to obtain leadership through a partnership with the horse, taking into account the horse’s personality and communication through body language.

THE ECLIPSE ASSAULT COURSE CHALLENGE
In 2011, we constructed the The Eclipse Military Assault Course. This is one of only a very few privately owned Irish assault courses in Ireland. This course is ‘rustic and tough’ and designed to condition and test the endurance of visitors who seek the thrill of ‘challenge’ both to their abilities as individuals and as leaders.
